Our Lifetime Warranty is our commitment to you that your gear will be free from manufacturing defects for the practical lifetime of the product.

What Does "Lifetime" Mean?

The term "lifetime" refers to the reasonable
lifespan of the product and its materials, not the lifetime of the customer. The way a product is used will affect its lifespan, but we design our gear to withstand the toughest adventures.

What Is Covered?

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

This includes:
• Stitching Failures: Seams or threads that unravel or break under normal use.

• Hardware Malfunctions: Buckles, clips, or D-rings that break or fail to operate correctly.

• Material Defects: Flaws in the fabric or other materials that compromise the product's function (e.g., delamination).

To be eligible for the warranty, the product must be purchased directly from www.outpaw.com or an authorized
retailer.

What Is Not Covered?

Our gear is built to be tough, but not indestructible. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Chewing, Ripping, or Tearing: Damage caused by a dog's teeth or claws.

• Normal Wear and Tear: The natural breakdown of materials over extended use, such as color fading, scuffs, or abrasion.

Accidents or Misuse: Damage from being cut, burned, run over, used for a purpose it was not designed for, or improperly cleaned.

Modifications or Alterations: Any changes made to the product from its original design.

Lost or Stolen Items.

Important: Clearance & Final Sale Items
Products sold as "Clearance," "Final Sale," or purchased during a "going-out-of-business" event are sold "as-is" and are excluded from this Lifetime Warranty. This includes items from the current clearance sale with "FINAL SALE" badges.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

1. Email Us:
Send an email to hello@outpaw.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim."

2. Include Details: In your email, please provide:

  • Your original order number or proof of purchase.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • At least two clear photos showing the defect.

3. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and typically respond within 3-5 business days.

Our Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective item
  • Replace the item with an identical or comparable product if the original is no longer available.
  • Issue a store credit for the original purchase price of the product.

Please note that you may be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us for evaluation.
